No, only when you or the patient has been copied on a report by their clinician will you receive a Welcome Letter from Excelleris mailed to your home address with the information required to register.

The Welcome Letter is addressed to the patient regardless of age. If the patient is < 13 years old, parent/guardian information must be added upon registration. This information is not required for patients 13 years and older.

The first time a clinician copies a report to you, a Welcome Letter from Excelleris containing the information you need to register will be sent to your home address listed in the hospital registration system.

For existing my ehealth users, an email notification will be sent to you the first time you are copied on a health report.

Once you receive the Welcome Letter from Excelleris, visit using a desktop or laptop computer, click on Register and then follow the on screen prompts to create your account.

During the registration process, a Visit number and a Visit Date (both of these details will be provided within your Welcome Letter) will need to be entered.

Once the 60 day registration window as indicated in your Welcome Letter has expired, you will be unable to register for a my ehealth account using the information provided in your Welcome Letter. You may contact the clinic you attended directly to inquire about alternate methods of receiving your report.

If you miss your opportunity to register, the next time your clinician copies you on a report, you will be sent another Welcome Letter from Excelleris. This new Welcome Letter will provide you with a new Visit number and another 60 day registration window to create an account.

At this time, my ehealth can accommodate name changes, however a PHN change would require a re-registration to access reports under the new PHN. The new account can be added directly in the existing account as there is the ability to 'register another person' to the same account.
