What do I do if I have been disconnected?

​If you have been cut off while dictating, call back into the dictation system and say you are dictating a continuation of a dictation that was cut off. Provide the details of the report where you got cut off (i.e., patient name and MRN or Visit/Encounter and the job number only if you have it available).

If you are experiencing a busy signal when calling the dictation system, please try calling from a different telephone.
