What do I do if I have been disconnected

The following information is for dictating authors.

If you have been disconnected while dictating, call back into the dictation system and state you are continuing a dictation that was disconnected. Provide the details of the report where you got disconnected (i.e., patient name and MRN or Encounter and the job number only if you have it available).

If you are experiencing a busy signal when calling the dictation system, please hang up and try calling again.
