FESR is being deployed to the following people:

• Dictating authors who currently dictate into the M*Modal dictation system (exceptions noted below)
• Other providers, not currently using the M*Modal service, who will be documenting into Cerner once it is activated (physicians, midwives, dentists, optometrists, podiatrists, clinical pharmacists, nurse practitioners)
• Residents and medical students.
  

• Medical imaging and Pathology & Laboratory Medicine
• Audio only users of the M*Modal dictation system (eg. Community Mental Health (CMH) who dictate in the M*Modal system but reports are transcribed into PARIS by their departmental staff)
• Allied Health and nursing staff (except for the few who will require the M*Modal dictation/transcription service).
